To summarize: You have pain with intercourse and pain when you have to urinate that feels like cramps. The possibility exists that this is simply a bladder infection and would be easy for your doctor to diagnose and treat. Given the number of other possibilities (infection of the cervix, recurrent ovarian cysts, etc) you should schedule a visit.
