Stress: Can certainly cause a delay or even a lack of a period. The stress is usually relatively high and prolonged to cause issues with menstruation, and as long as you remain stressed, the period irregularities can persist. Of course be sure you are not pregnant, and use bc and protection if you do not want to be pregnant. Get help for stress too. Best wishes.
