Low: If you ended up having a vaginal birth before, regardless of the circumstances of heart tone issues, then your chance of a vaginal birth with the second delivery is extremely good. In all likelihood, the cause of the abnormal fetal heart will not re-occur in the same way.

Hard to say.: From what you describe, it sounds as if there was fetal intolerance of labor, talk of cesarean, amnioinfusion, correction of the fetal tracing, and ultimately a vaginal delivery. Such indications for cesarean are not likely to repeat, giving a good chance for vaginal delivery. You must keep in mind, however, the risk of cesarean with induction or forcing a not-quite-ready cervix/uterus into labor.
