Normal: If you are healthy, and in the setting of 3 prior healthy deliveries, then the chance of this being a problem is very small. Many women start to feel fetal movement right around 20 weeks, but this can be delayed if the placenta is towards the front. If the heart beat sounded normal, this is very reassuring.
