How effective is cpr is it is started immediatly and 911 is called?

Very EFFECTIVE But: If CPR is started immediately by some one who is trained in CPR and some one else called 911 it is very effective and that's the best one can do. Effectiveness overall depends on the patient and underlying condition most of the time.
