Maybe: Cramping and spotting during pregnancy can always be a sign of a miscarriage. Having said that, appx 25% of women will have bleeding at some point in pregnancy as well, so it's common. You didn't say how far along you are, but regardless, you should call your obstetrician and have an appointment for ultrasound and possibly labs so doctor can determine if pregnancy is viable.
