Period: You didn't mention when it was time for your period. Bleeding, cramping and tenderness in the breasts are all menstrual signs. If it's not time for your period then you could have some breakthrough bleeding which is common. If continues and bothers you, can consider seeing ob/gyn for birth control to regulate cycle. If mass or lump in breast see doctor right away for exam.
