No: A pregnancy test measures a hormone called hcg. This is not an ingredient in birth control pills. The way birth control interferes with a pregnancy test is by preventing pregnancy altogether. Best of luck!

Birth control pills: Birth control pills prevent pregnancy. However, if someone gets pregnant on these pills because of several factors, they don't cause any false results with pregnancy test.
