A few ideas: Depending on how long you've been sexually active for, it could be that you have an ectropious cerivx, or that your cervix is reacting to infection with hpv (no medication other than vaccine for this). I would recommend you see a doctor to make sure it's not due to pre-cancerous cells on cervix, in addition to getting hpv vaccine in event you haven't had yet.
