Dermatitis: A dermatitis nos (not otherwise specified) is a generic term for some rash. Often, these type rashes are caused by an exposure or contact to some irritant that causes a reaction in the skin. Best to get checked by a health care provider as rashes are difficult and almost impossible to definitively diagnose over the computer. Best wishes.
