Positive ov-pred kit on 14/3, trying to conceive, missed period, woke up with severe cervix pain/cramps this morning, have milky discharge? meaning?

No meaning: None of these symptoms are necessarily related to pregnancy. I'd be concerned about bladder infection, vaginal infection. To rule out pregnancy, would do a pregnancy test.
