See Dr. now to check: If you are still having symptoms now, go see your doctor. Call as soon as possible, so that you can have peace of mind. This cannot be assessed without a physical exam. It's not normal to feel nauseous and to have severe abdominal pain. Passing gas is one thing (temporary). However if you are dehydrated, having diarrhea, your doctor needs to know about this. They can tell you more after the examination, and running tests.

Abdominal symptoms: Stop fried foods, greasy ones. Push water, blend diet - bananas, graham crackers, steamed rice. Peptobismol may help with the diarrhea. If worse or having fever, see doc, may be bacterial infection. Otherwise, give yourself some rest. Hopefully it should get better soon.
