Is the measurement of occipitofrontal diameter at 44.4mm within normal measurement range for 16weeks 2 days gestation?

Atypical measure: Not only do we not typically measure the occipitofrontal diameter, but i can imagine no reason to be getting such a detailed scan at 16 weeks. Is there a concern that you are not mentioning? The standard head measurments are the bpd and the hc (biparietal diameter and head circumference).

4w5d ultrasound showed two gestational sacs measuring the same. It looked like two little tiny white dots in each sac but it didnt look the same as a yolk sac from some of the examples I googled. US tech didnt explain much. Normal??
Gestational sac measuring two weeks smaller than baby. Baby measuring normal for dates and hb is good. Why is the sac so small and is this a bad sign?
