Veins: Hemorrhoids are normal veins in the anal canal. They can become inflamed or enlarged with constipation or prolonged and repeated straining to have a bowel movement. Treated at home by avoiding constipation, drink plenty of liquids, eat more fiber (fruits, vegetables, metamucil), avoid junk foods. See a surgeon if symptoms persist.

Eat fiber : Hemorrhoid are dilated veins that turn bad and they stay bad all the medical treatment that we recommend does not get rid of them it only minimize the symptoms my advice if you eat more fiber and stay as regular as you can prevent huffing and puffing while you are in the bathroom you can keep them from bothering you if you are having pain sit in tub with warm water surgery should be last option.
