Patience and yes: Coming off of the Depo-Provera shot can be associated with irregular periods during the first year. By now, though, i would expect that any cycle irregularity would not be related to the Depo-Provera shot. And yes, ovulation predictor kits are a good idea in terms of learning what your body is doing.
