Time: Time is the best treatment. It is resolve completely over 3-6 weeks.

More time: As long as the vision is good when you open the eye (can you open it?) and there is no infection or bleeding, then you will have to just give time for the body to absorb the blood. If there is some suspicion of damage to the eye, broken bones, or something you cannot explain, then see your ophthalmologist.
