What stage can thymoma be if it is 3cm, peak 3.8 suv on pet scan? near by lymph node about 0.7-1cm. no invasion of pluera or pericardial.

Need Surgery: It is good that there is no clear evidence of spread of the thymoma on the pet scan, but final staging in thymoma is really based on what is found during the operation. The scans, however, strongly suggest this is an early-stage thymoma.
