Nasal rash: I am guessing that you are referring to nasal allergies when you mentioned recent onset of allergy symptoms. In that case, sneezing and runny nose may be irritating the skin, causing the rash. Control of the nasal symptoms, with antihistamines, nasal steroids and allergen avoidance, should help. Just applying a topical ointment or gel should protect the skin and allow it to heal.
