Yes sure: Yes you can eat yogurt if you want to. That has nothing to do with your vaginitis. F/u with gyne in regard to your bacterial vaginosis/vaginitis. Personal hygiene has to be maintained well. Possible infection has to be ruled out. Sometimes, certain condition like menopausal with dry skin on the vagina area, uncontrolled diabetes, immunocompromised can cause recurrent infection. D/w gynecologist.

Need more info: If you have been having recurrent vaginal infections you need to see your gynecologist. Some vaginal discharges are not an infection but may be related to hormonal reasons.

Are you wondering: About vaginal yeast. If so- you need to eat yogurt with live cultures. Consider greek yogurt or yogurts advertised as having high probiotic counts. Kefir and buttermilk are also helpful. Please remember - this is referring to yeast and not bacterial vaginal infection.
