Infection: What you are describing is not normal, but it is difficult to diagnose you in this forum. I would recommend that you get an examination by a gynecologist to help you determine the problem. Although it is probably not an std, it could be a different kind of vaginal infection. It could also be an allergy. Get it checked out.
