No: It sounds as if you aren't pregnant even though you missed some pills and had an irregular period. If you had been pregnant from recent encounters with the last cycle, then likely your pregnancy test would be negative by now. However, having said that, there's no harm in re-checking a pregnancy test in 7 days or so. Best wishes.
