Small frequent meals: Its not unusual for travellers to change their norm--diet, activity, bowel habits, fluid ; alcohol intake. Any of these alterations, +/- the stress of travel, may promote an change in appetite. If your anorexia only presents when travelling, relax ; accomodate with smaller more frequent meals ; avoid things that upset the gut. If your anorexia is becoming a trend, even when home, seek help please.

Need more info: Not unusual if you are very picky about what you eat. I would recommend that you talk this over with your family physician. Doctor needs to know more info about you as to normal weight any changes in weight and many other questions.
