See urologist...: What described - small left testis, scrotal hanging, visible vessels - more suggests active inflammatory/infectious lesions in the scrotum, but which usually comes with no fever in a healthy man. But, for young man with fever, one has to consider epididymitis that is inside scrotum next to testis. So, see urologist to identify what it's now if it's still in its active stage. Best wish ...
