Possibly will make -: It feel better due to supporting the knee. I am sure you cannot bend it completely due to swelling. Take some nsaids as well to decrease the pain/swelling. Rice (rest, ice it, compression with the wrap, and elevate it) to allow the natural healing to take place in about 3 weeks, during which avoid any running/jumping but do gentle exercises of the knee and other joints. If no better, see an ortho.
