I have a 15cmx8.4cmx15.7cm pelvic cyst . is there anything i can do to reduce pain so i can workout ? i'm extremely active normally but it hurts .

Ovarian cyst: It's a pretty large cyst. If the appearance of it is complex on the ultrasound, it may need to be excised as your options of treating it conservatively or waiting for it to go away are minimal. Talk to your gynecologist about your options.
