See your doctor: Is your incision red or hot? Swollen? Draining anything? If yes, please see your obgyn asap -- even go to an er if you need to. You should be due for a 6 weeks' office checkup anyway -- so please don't miss it since you also have these other complaints. Your incision may have cut across some superficial nerves that will grow back.

Normal: It's normal to have bleeding and cramping following g delivery, even six month out. So long as not bleeding more than a period, is okay. Incision pain is also normal. Can take up to 6-10 months for incisional pain to be completely gone. See your doctor though if you're worried.
