When i bend down or lay down i tend to get dull pain or ache in bladder area. no pain when urinate. what could be cause?

Abdominal pain: It may be a muscle related problem. Groin hernias may need to be ruled out. If you have no pain with urination and urine is normal, it is less likely a bladder issue.
