If i skipped my placebo and just took the active bcp back to back for 2 months to not have a period, when do i take them to get my period regulated?

Depends: There's no harm in skipping the placebo week of birth control pills. It doesn't do any harm to your body to do this at all. Consider women who are pregnant, they are not having a menstruation at all either. Most doctors will recommend you have a placebo week of pills every 3 to 4 months. But by no means, scientifically, is that even a necessity. There's no harm in skipping the placebo week.

Placebo pills: Your period starts when you stop taking the active pills and switch to the placebo pills. If you want to have a cycle then you just continue taking them daily including the inactive placebo pills.
