For the past week i've had numbness on my left thigh and when i lie down to go to sleep it will burn. i am kind of worried. please help.

Femoral nerve: If it is in the anterior or lateral portion of your thigh it is the femoral nerve that is being affected. Probably at the groin area ( femoral triangle ), but it could also be pinch at l2-l3 level.
