Musculoskeletal: You pain sounds musculoskeletal. There are joints, bones, and muscles in the chest and they all move when you move your chest. If any one of those is injured or inflamed, it will hurt. It is unusual that musculoskeletal chest pain is of a serious nature and with time, it will improve.
