I took 1 and a half hydroco/apap tab 5-325mg a few hours ago. now i feel extremely drowsy, weak, and anxious. is it just my anxiety or something else?

Hydrocodone is: An opiate analgesic whose side effects include drowsiness and should be expected after taking that medication. Certain opiates can also have unusual side effects such as a feeling of nervousness. Not having any information on your general health except "behavioral therapy" your question is difficult to answer but you should be ok so long as you are using the hydrocodone appropriately.
