A member asked:

Can hunger give you pain under ribs i haven't been eating right i'm under weight i'm 90 pds i'm 19 it's been a month w/o eating right :(?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Could: Hunger could lead to un neutralised acid exposure causing ulcers in the stomach or duodenium. That could cause pain. Regular eating and antacids or h2 blockers or oroton pump inhibitors could be helpful.
