Yes: In the early days, breastfed babies will normally tend to have 4-6 or more watery bowel movements a day. If your older baby has a sudden change to watery bms, this may represent illness and you should consider checking with her doctor's office.

The newborn stool before solid foods rarely has an offensive odor; a seedy yellow character is common; the baby is generally not fussy. True diarrhea is oftentimes more green, possibly streaked with blood, and smells distinctively sour.
