I take 100mg tramadol every day, and one 200mg ibuprofen every night for neck pain. is this ok to do day after day? it seems to control my pain well

Reasonable: But nightly Ibuprofen can cause some issues, such as possible stomach irritation, eventual ulcer after long term use. That being said, if it controls your pain, with a some breaks where you might not use the ibuprofen, it seems like a reasonable schedule. Important to know if you have correct diagnosis and if physical therapy would help. Its always better to not be on long term meds, pt could help.
