You can, but: Vegetable juice doesn't provide as much fiber as the natural vegetables do. When i was a kid, my mother served only canned vegetables -- so i didn't like them either. Fast forward to learning to garden, and discovering the goodness of freshly grown corn, tomatoes, and peas! i don't know if this would help you with your taste buds, but stir-frying can be a tasty ; healthy way to enjoy veggies.

Severe low calorie: I guess is a sudden dramatic cut on food intake for short period of time with a goal of losing too much in a short period of time. It is considered dangerouse.

Diet > lifestyle: Presumably u r female, and have been on a dozen diets, have regained the weight each time. Make a promise to yourself: when you achieve a realistic goal, eg size 12 to size 8, you r going to like yourself, u r going to stay in control of what you put in your mouth, u will not allow emotions to control your behavior. Luv yourself, baby!

Eat What you Like: 1. Never drink sodas/beer; 2. Make sugars rare (once a week); 3 limit carbs to 1cup per meal (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, corn, peas, beans); 4. Fruits 1/2 cup serving 2 times per day; 5. Meat size of you hand per day; 6. Vegetables all you can eat. Notice you can eat what your use to with limits. Sugars once a week mean that you will enjoy with great expectation = greater joy.

Fun and diet: It is possible and very desirable to have a healthy life style and diet and have it be fun. If it is drugery then one eventually breaks off the life style to return to something more satisfying.

What is the hardest thing about dieting?

Dr. Paige Gutheil answered

Deprivation: When you tell your body that it can't have certain foods, it wants them even more. Instead be more reasonable about eating a variety of foods in moderation. By making positive, small changes gradually, you will avoid this. Examples: adding more water, adding more veggies & fruits, switching to whole grains, putting the fork down between bites, avoiding distracted or secret eating. Baby steps!
