Pregnancy symptoms: Your water does not make those noises when you are in labor or about to. Uterine contractions also do not make noises, just symptoms of pelvic pressure, back pain etc. What you are describing sounds like a gastrointestinal issue, not signs on labor. Signs of labor are bleeding, pelvic pain, pelvic pressure, pelvic cramps, mucous discharge, mild bleeding etc. Call obgyn if you think youre in labor.
