Get eval: Hair growth, if once strong and vibrant, and now scant, may be indicative of some underlying skin condition or medical condition such as a thyroid issue or low testosterone, etc. If you never had a good growth of hair, it could simply be hereditary, and you do not grow thick hair for that reason. Get an evaluation and any necessary testing would be done. Best wishes.
