Allergy vs. yeast: The two most common causes of vaginal itching are infections and allergies( or sensitivities). You may be sensitive to his sperm, or you may have had an infection that got worse because of the ph change related to his ejaculate. If it resolves quickly on it's own, then i wouldn't worry about it. But if it gets worse, i would see a doctor to get a diagnosis before trying to treat yourself.

Yeast: This sounds like a yeast infection - treat with an over-the-counter yeast cream and schedule a visit with your ob/gyn if there is not improvement by monday.

Not sure: It may be a simple coincidence as an allergy to semen is uncommon and doubtful. If the area became moist and subsequently irritated with contact from underwear/clothing when wet, that may have caused a mild irritation that caused itching.
