Normal life: A woman can live a normal life with only 1 ovary, and is still able to get pregnant while in her child bearing age. Best wishes.

Ovary issues: It is far more common to be unable to find an ovary (i.e. On ultrasound) than to truly have one absent. Even if there is truly an ovary absent, that means that ovulation will occur every other month. Which means it may be slightly more difficult to get pregnant.
