Unrelated concerns: An infection of the fallopian tube is concerning for an infection called pid. Hopefully your treatment is going well. Bleeding after intercourse / with orgasm would be worth treating as a separate issue with an exam of your cervix and an ultrasound called a sonohysterogram.
