See eye doctor : Sounds like your pimple developed into a skin infection (cellulitis). Your eye doctor can determine if this is a preseptal infection (eyelid skin/muscle) or something more serious (orbital/behind the eye infection). If this is preseptal it should improve with antibiotics typically after 48-72 hours. If you notice worsening or change in vision return to your eye doctor for possible ct scan ; IV abx.
