Not expected: Nasal stuffiness has not been known to affect the fetus but you are obviously miserable. See an allergist to find out if you may just have vasomotor rhinitis of pregnancy (considered hormone related) or an allergic issue. I don't expect antihistamine helping the congestion but the post-nasal drips may improve. Congrats.
