Possibly all: It is unusual to be allergic to coffee or black tea, but nut allergy is common. The most prudent step would be to stop drinking coffee or black tea as well as nuts regardless of the mechanism. Perhaps an allergy consult should be considered. If you have any respiratory problem with these episodes, be sure to have Epinephrine injectable on hand and read labels carefully.
