How would a dr expect a brain tumor by physical examination?

By exam: Symptoms of a brain tumor include new onset focal seizure, worsening headache and the presence of focal weakness. This is how the doctor could suspect that there is a tumor in the brain.

Not entirely reliabl: Drs can suspect it but it requires a ct scan or MRI of the brain to be certain as that is the only way to see inside the brain. But history and physical can raise an index of suspicion for a brain tumor.
