Lactation/no baby: If you have not had a baby, and you have milk coming from your breast, you may have prolactinemia, or excessive prolactin. Please see your doctor immediately.

See doctor: There are some medical conditions such as thyroid issues or an increase in a hormone called prolactin that can cause lactation. There are some breast conditions that can cause nipple secretions as well. Would recommend that you get checked out by your doctor for labs and a breast examination.

By pumping: If the intent of your question is learning how to lactate without being pregnant, then you simply start pumping. This can be achieved if you want to nurse a child you are adopting. http://kellymom.com/bf/got-milk/relactation/
