Get treated: Buy the anti fungal treatment- like Miconazole etc and apply it as directed- to the affected area. Do not put steroid cream on it as it may make it worse. Do it for at least 3-4 weeks. You don;t expect everything will go away after 2 days using it. However if it gets worse, you should see dermatologist.
