Can ovarian cyst rupture (free fluid in uterus) cause upper & lower abdominal pain , pelvic pain , menstrual cramps , back pain , thigh pain ?

Yes: Ovarian cysts can definitely rupture. Typically the fluid from a ruptured cyst is going to flow down to the bottom of the pelvis. It's possible that there are some issues with inflammation, possibly endometriosis, in the uterus causing the free fluid. Definitely when a cyst ruptures it can cause pain throughout the abdomen. See your doctor if you are in pain. Good luck.
