Probably not: The right diaphragm finding sounds mild and likely not important to your symptoms. Small weaknesses in the diaphragm are common (called eventrations and even small hernias) and these are rarely clinically important.

Recent endoscopy w/biopsy (Antrum-only) showed focal IM and was h-pylori negative. Breath test ordered but faultywill repeat. Serum test was IgG- IgM- but IgA+(12.2). Does this show active h-pylori infection? If not, what does the IgA result mean?
