Do you have any recommendations for baby blues without using drug treatment?

Home help, support: Don't be afraid to ask for help at home from spouse, family, friends. It is good to get out of the house both with the baby and on your own. Get dressed in the am and go out for a walk to get some fresh air. Go out for lunch with a friend. Most importantly, don't be afraid to tell someone if the "blues" become worse and you are sufferring from true post partum depression.
