Stress can cause PA: You need to have your panic attacks evaluated further, so you can see what the cause is. Stress always makes everything feel worse, including what's happening in our bodies, our pain level, our worry level, and just about everything else. So you may need to find ways to reduce your stress level, and contact your doctor to have an abdominal examination done. S/he will be able to tell right away if there something more serious going on.
